The bone mill will be open to visitors for Heritage Open Days 2020 on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September from 11am to 4pm. HOD have advised this event can still go ahead following new laws on gatherings.

Bookings for this event are now closed. Due to Covid restrictions, please do not attend unless you have been allocated a time slot.

Access is by foot only down a riverside track approx 0.75 miles from the car park, the track can be slippery and muddy when wet.

No transport is being provided on this occasion.

There are hazards on site such as deep water, steep drops, unfenced river banks, trip hazards, moving machinery and uneven ground. Suitable footwear is required. There are toilets near the car park and on site. We are dog friendly.

The event is being run in line with government Covid19 guidelines.

 

From the A47 take the Narborough turning. At The Ship Chinese Restaurant turn into Pentney Road then immediately turn left into The Maltings and follow signs to the car park.
